- No name, address or phone number, specify age (instead of date of birth), how long since the neurological injury (instead of date of neurological injury) etc.

Payments for products purchased on our website are conducted through PayPal. We do not store on our website or server any financial information (including but not limited to credit card numbers, linked bank accounts etc.).
