  • Which challenges are likely to recover and which challenges will be harder to overcome.

How do I get Ettie to Look at My Brain Images?

The process for getting Ettie to look at your brain images is as follow:

  • Get a copy of your brain images from the hospital or imaging service where they were taken.
  • Upload your scans onto a secure Australia imaging sharing platform Aurabox (simply insert the disc or USB and Aurabox will do the rest). This step will allow you to share any medical information (scans, reports and tests) with any clinician you chose to share your medical information with.
  • If you prefer posting your CD or USB, contact us and we’ll give you the details.
  • Contact Ettie to inform her you uploaded/posted the scans, discuss your needs and schedule a consultation.
  • Next we’ll provide you a payment link.
  • Once payment is made you’ll be sent a link for the video consultation at a time that suits both you and Ettie. If you prefer you could meet Ettie face to face.
  • For online consultations, after the consultation you’ll receive access to the recorded session. You will also be able to download a copy of the recording onto your computer. This is because Ettie knows just how overwhelming health appointments can be, and how useful it is to listen to the recording again (and sometimes again … and again … and again).
  • Bonus: Ettie will catch up with you briefly after 3 months to see how your are progressing.
  • If you would like Ettie to write a summary report of the consultation, an additional fee will be charged. The report is a useful summary that can be used by you and/or share with time poor clinicians. The report will be sent to your nominated email/s.

How do I get Ettie to Look at My Patients’ Brain Images?

The process for getting Ettie to look at the brain images is as follow:

  • Contact Ettie to discuss your needs
  • Upload the scans onto a secure Australia imaging sharing platform Aurabox
    • Requests the images directly from providers e.g. hospitals / radiology services via Aurabox 
    • Or, get your patient / client or their support person to obtain a copy of their brain images from the hospital or imaging service they were taken. Then the patient / client simply inserts the disc or USB into their computer and Aurabox will do the rest.
  • Schedule the consultation’s date and time
  • Pay the consultation fee via a link Ettie will send you.
  • Once payment is made you’ll be sent the link for the video consultation at a time that suits both you and Ettie. If you prefer you could meet Ettie face to face.
  • For an online consultation you’ll get access to the recording of the meeting.
  • Bonus: Ettie will catch up with you briefly after 3 months to check on your client’s progress.
  • If you would like Ettie to write a summary report of the consultation an additional fee. The report is a useful summary that can be used by you and/or share with clinicians who don’t have the time to view a lengthy consultation. The report will be sent to your nominated email/s.
